CRNA: Passed Retention Verification of Registration Request

Thank you for contacting the College of Registered Nurses of Alberta (CRNA). Your request cannot be completed as the CRNA no longer has the information you are requesting on file.

In accordance with Alberta’s Health Professions Act and the CRNA’s retention policy, registrant files and completed applications are retained for eleven (11) years after the last recorded activity with the CRNA. Incomplete applications are retained for two (2) years since the last activity on file. If you did not write a nursing exam through the CRNA or have any disciplinary decisions on file we will no longer have the information you are requesting because it has been over 11 years.
