Please go to the Registrant Service Request NCLEX-RN Exam and go through the request process. Once you have submitted this request, the process will be able to continue.

If you are unable to perform these actions, or need further guidance, please book a meeting with a Customer Service Expert: ATT Data Error Meeting Booking.

Until this is rectified, you will not be granted the Authority to Test (ATT) and your exam request will be paused.
