Hello,
The CRNA has received information from Pearson VUE indicating that you are seeking to write your NCLEX-RN exam, but were unable to validate the information provided with our database records.
In order to ensure accuracy when granting Authority To Test (ATT), data must match between systems. Your CRNA and Pearson VUE accounts must match on the following data points, with no variation in spelling:
You must use your legal name per your government ID, no nicknames or middle names are recognized by the CRNA. To confirm what your legal name is College Connect, please log in. To learn more about requirements for using legal name on the nursing registrar, click here.
After ensuring your profiles match, you will need to ensure you have gone to the CRNA Registrant Service, Request NCLEX-RN Exam.
If you are unable to perform these actions, or need further guidance, please book a meeting with a Customer Service Expert: ATT Data Error Meeting Booking.
Until this is rectified, you will not be granted the Authority to Test (ATT) and your exam request will be paused.
Your eligibility is approved for two years from either your program completion date (for new graduate applicants), or for two years from when your nursing education and/or other nursing permits application step(s) were originally validated. The CRNA will allow an unlimited number of attempts within this timeframe.
If you are unsure of your exam eligibility expiration date, please click on Registrant Navigator Consultation Requests and request a virtual meeting.
If you require more assistance, please contact us by email at registration@nurses.ab.ca or by phone at 1.800.252.9392. Ensure you include your CRNA registration number with all email correspondence.
Thank you,
Customer Service Team
