CRNA: College Connect Login Troubleshooting

If you are trying to login to College Connect and are requesting your verification code by email without success, here are some troubleshooting tips:

• An email will be sent to the address you type in and if that email does not match with a College Connect account, no code will be sent, please make sure you are typing your email in correctly.
  • If you are not sure what your email address on file is, please use the Forgot Account service.
• The email will be sent from from no-reply@nurses.ab.ca, please do not disregard emails from this sender address.
• The email may be going to your junk or spam inbox, please check all tabs/folders of your incoming inbox. 
• You may have blocked emails/unsubscribed from CRNA in the past, (E.g., Communication emails from crna@nurses.ab.ca), please remove CRNA from your blocked list.
  • Each email provider is different, and we suggest searching it online if you're unsure as the CRNA cannot advise on how to do this.
  • If you received this email initially, you likely have not blocked the CRNA sender.
• The email can only be delivered to active inboxes, if you are using an email address associated with a third party and have not used it recently, the mailbox provider may have deactivated it. Please check the validity of your email inbox.
  • E.g., University of Alberta specifically requires users to log in to their accounts every 6 months or the inbox becomes deactivated.
• The email can only be delivered to inboxes that have capacity for new items, please check if your inbox is full.
• We recommend clearing your cache in your browser settings before requesting a new verification code after these steps have been taken, if applicable.

If you still have not received the verification code after trying the recommendations above and requesting a new verification code to login, please email us at registration@nurses.ab.ca for further troubleshooting. Ensure you include your CRNA registration number with all email correspondence.
