CRNA Application: Nursing Education Confirmation of Program Completion

{{FormatDate CurrentDate}}
Registration #{{RegistrationNumber}}

Hello {{RegistrantFirstName}},

We have received your confirmation of program completion from your university and have added this to your CRNA College Connect account.

When you are ready to write the exam, visit the Registrant Service on College Connect here. This will begin the Eligibility and Authorization to Test (ATT) process. If you requested your exam before receiving this confirmation, you will need to return to your exam request to complete the process using the same link.

If you would like a provisional permit, please complete your application with the CRNA. Provisional permits allow you to work as a graduate nurse (GN) under certain conditions while you work to meet the requirement of writing and passing the NCLEX-RN exam. You cannot practise in Alberta either before the effective date or after the expiry date of your provisional permit, including orientation.

Your provisional permit will be issued on the effective permit date you select in your application. Upon successful completion of the NCLEX-RN exam, you will be removed from the provisional register and issued a full practice permit 1 business day after passing your NCLEX-RN exam.

If you do not want a provisional permit right away, please wait to submit your application. You can be exam eligible and write your NCLEX-RN exam while your application is still in progress.

Thank you,
