CRNA Application: Currency of Practice Attestation

In your recent application with the CRNA, you attested that you do not meet the currency of practice requirement. For more information about this requirement please check our website here: Currency of Practice.

You have several options available to you now.

You could withdraw your application at this time and: 

1. Practice at least 450 hours of nursing practice anywhere you are actively registered within the 2 previous years prior to your application; or
2. Complete a Registered Nurses of Canada Competence Assessment Program (RNCCAP): or
3. Complete a Bridging Program.

Alternately you could continue with your application and

4. Request a review with the Registration Committee.

If you have responded to this step in your application incorrectly, please go back to the currency of practice step to edit your answer. If you have already submitted your entire application and need to change your response, please contact us.
